1. Exclusively for Women: WanderWomen Hostel is an all-women hostel, and as such, we only permit women to stay as guests in our accommodation.
Exception for Male Staff: While our guests are exclusively women, there might be occasions when male staff members are present within the premises for maintenance and repair purposes. In such cases, we will notify all guests about their presence. This notification will include details about the staff members’ purpose and the approximate duration of their presence. Rest assured that our male staff members are trained to respect your privacy and comfort. They will conduct their tasks professionally and discreetly, minimizing any disruption to your experience.
2. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 NN. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
3. Identification: All guests are required to provide valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. The name on the reservation must match the name on the identification presented.
4. Reservation and Cancellation: Reservations can be made online, through email, or by sending us a message via our social media pages. A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit will be charged upon reservation.
5. Payment: Payment is due at the time of check-in unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation. Accepted forms of payment include cash, bank transfer, Gcash, Maya, and PayPal.
6. Behavior and Conduct: All guests are expected to treat fellow guests, staff, and property with respect and consideration. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
7. Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol is only permitted in designated areas of the hostel. The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises.
8. Security: Lockers are provided for personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use them to secure valuables. The hostel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
9. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
10. Visitors: Visitors are not allowed in the rooms. Visitors (women only) may visit guests in common areas during designated hours. All visitors must register at the front desk and provide identification.
11. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
12. Health and Safety: Guests are required to comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by the hostel, including those related to emergencies and evacuations.
13. Liability: The hostel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or losses sustained by guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the property.
14. Management’s Rights: The hostel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. The management reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
